Very professional from start to finish. The plumber who came out wore a mask the ENTIRE time!! Was very cautious and also wore gloves properly. We called this company and they were able to come out the next day. Upon arrival the technician was covered up for our safety and his. After reviewing our issues he was straight forward and did not push us to do work that was not needed. He was able to resolve our issue right then and there and you wouldn't have even known he was here when he left. Respected the orders in place due to COVID and extremely reasonable when it came to the resolution. Very happy we contacted them especially considering the precautions needed during this Pandemic time. Definitely know who to call next time we have any plumbing issues.

Is My Water Heater Broken? In most cases, it can be easy to tell if your water heater has stopped working. Still, there are some hot water heater problems that are slightly harder to notice. Let's look at some signs that your water heater needs the attention of a repair service:
1. There's No Hot Water: If there's no hot water coming from your shower or taps, then your hot water system isn't working. Additionally, if your hot water suddenly runs out much quicker than usual, you may need the assistance of a water heater expert.
2. Your Hot Water System Makes Loud Clanking Noises: If your hot water system is making loud or unusual noises, this can be a sign of larger problems.
3. Your Water Heater is Leaking: If water is leaking around the base of your hot water system, this will require the assistance of a professional plumber.
4. Your Water Flow Changes: If your water flow is suddenly much weaker than normal, it can be a sign that your system is broken.
5. You Notice Dirty or Rusty Water: If there is dirty or rusty water coming from your taps or shower, it could be an issue with your hot water system (but this can also indicate pipe corrosion).
